Feel like snacking but need something low in calories? Homemade popcorn is the solution.

Ingredients

  • 100g corn kernals
  • 1tbspoil
  • Optional salt to taste

Directions

  • Step 1
    Add corn kernels into a pot (make sure the pot is dry).
  • Step 2
    Add the oil and cover the pot with a lid.

    Put the stove on medium heat until you cant hear anymore popping corn. Turn off the stove, add salt to taste and enjoy

This is a very filling snack and a perfect balance between sweet and salty.

  • 1/2 sweet potato
  • 1 cracker
  • Optional honey, nut, maple syrup

Directions

    boil your potatoes(you can boil more thank half and keep in the fridge for the rest of your week).
  • Step 2
    Poke with a fork to see if they are done and then mash.
  • Step 3
    Spread the mash on a corn or rice cake and add any of the toppings or a mixture of the toppings.

A savoury dip for the days you are feeling pekish. It also serves as a very delish side dish.

Ingredients

  • 400g canned chickpeas
  • 150g tahani(sesame seed paste)
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 juiced lemon
  • Optional garlic cloves, paprika, cummin

Directions

  • Step 1
    Place the cold chickpeas with ice in the food processer with the tahini and mix.
  • Step 2
    Add the lemon juice and cold water and mix until you get you prefered concistancy, add more or less water depending on the txture you want.You can also add garlic, paprika and cumin at this step.

    Drizzle olive oil and place whole olives as toppings.
